The brief
A useful dashboard must explain where its totals come from and show the records behind them, within the viewer’s permissions.
The approach
Bayan reads the same booking records as Atlas. Completed booking value excludes cancelled and unfinished work; filters apply consistently to totals and exported rows.
What you can verify
- Change date and status filters and inspect the matching records.
- Reconcile completed value to the individual booking amounts.
- Compare completed values by provider.
- Export the filtered records as CSV or print in English and Arabic.
- Complete a booking in Atlas and refresh to observe the report change.
Implementation & handoff
A live report with company-scoped data, provider comparisons, CSV export and browser printing / Save as PDF. The source documents calculations and includes reconciliation tests.
Honest context
Synthetic operational records, including labelled sample history. Completed booking value is not collected revenue. Browser PDF output depends on print settings; no forecasting or accounting certification is claimed.
